• The Planning Model:We operate on a professional retainer basis. Our planning fees reflect the expertise and time invested in your journey and are separate from the costs of travel components provided by third-party suppliers.
• Supplier Terms:Each component of your travel (e.g., airfare, lodging, tours) is governed by the specific Partner Terms of that supplier. You agree to review and abide by those individual contracts.  In the event of a service failure by a supplier, your legal recourse is against the specific provider, not the Company.
• Travel Insurance:Per Maryland guidelines, we highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment. This is an optional but encouraged purchase for all luxury itineraries.

5. Data Privacy

• We value your discretion. All personal data collected through this website or during the planning process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policyand the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA).  You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data.  We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with the specific suppliers necessary to execute your itinerary.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, the Company will not accept liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising as a result of the use of—or the inability to use—any information provided on this site.

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as “lost vacation time” or “emotional distress”).

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the professional planning fee paid to us for the specific trip in question.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by “Acts of God,” strikes, pandemics, or civil unrest.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Maryland.
