We'll discuss your travel style, must-have experiences, and budget expectations to ensure our vision aligns with your chosen service tier.
Step 2: Design & Curation
This is the "behind the curtain" phase. Leveraging our global network and industry-only insights, we craft your initial proposal. The goal is to present you with a bespoke framework of destinations, accommodations, and "anchor" experiences. Depending on your tier (Gold or Platinum), this is where we collaborate on edits to polish the itinerary until it's perfect.
Step 3: Precision Booking
Once you green-light the proposal, we handle the logistics. We manage the contracts, secure your VIP amenities, and navigate the complex reservation systems of our global partners.
The Goal: To take the administrative burden off your plate. You'll receive a detailed invoice and payment statement, ensuring all deposits are handled securely and on time.
Step 4: The Final Briefing
Approximately 2–3 weeks before your departure, we'll deliver your Final Travel Portfolio.
The Goal: To ensure you are fully prepared. You'll receive access to your mobile itinerary app (containing all confirmations, tickets, and contact details) along with destination-specific tips, packing guides, and your advocacy "Safety Net" contact information.
Step 5: Trip Support
While you are in the air or on the ground, we remain your silent partner. The goal is to provide peace of mind. Whether it's a flight delay or a last-minute restaurant change, we are in your corner. After you return, we'll reconnect for a Post-Trip Debrief to hear your highlights and begin dreaming of your next "Elevated" escape.
